It has been my privilege as a Bathgate Bairn to have been a councillor in my town for 10 years and thanks to your support I'll do another 5 working tirelessly for you and giving Bathgate a voice

Our Labour Councillor Harry Cartmill is pledged to continue the work of the Labour Team in the Council. Labour has steered the Council through 5 tough years what with huge financial cuts from the Scottish Government and two years of a global pandemic. Against that difficult background they have built 3000 new council houses to allow families to create homes and enjoy a good standard of living. Labour has also invested heavily in Education with new schools and nursery schools. They have raised our children’s attainment results from 17th place in Scottish Councils to 3rd place in Scotland, a tremendous effort that has been recognised as outstanding. They set up a Jobs Taskforce that has encouraged the creation of over 1000 jobs and an integrated Food Network with the voluntary sector that has fed thousands of people particularly in the pandemic years.

Harry Cartmill is well known to many in Bathgate having been an energetic and committed councillor for 10 years now having helped many people. He is asked for your vote to continue the dedicated good work he does for many local organisations and individuals. He is a local champion and deserves your support and you gave it to him .
